List historical Stripe customer aliases

Lists historical Stripe customer-to-user aliases (admin only), filtered by user_id or status (active or revoked). limit is 1 to 500, default 100. Each alias has the Stripe customer id, user_id, status, source, reason and audit fields. Only active aliases are used, and only when no canonical link exists.
