Get acquisition-attributed Stripe net revenue summary

Admin-only invoice-date net-cash totals, new-versus-renewal revenue, refunds, customer counts, attribution coverage, an equal-length previous-period comparison, current subscription MRR, and a historical opening-to-ending MRR bridge with failed-payment recovery. Multiple currencies are returned as separate rows and are never converted or summed.
