定形内封書配信登録

定形内封書での配信を登録します。<br> 宛先情報とA4サイズ（210mm × 297mm）のPDF原稿を指定して発送します。<br> <a href="https://www.nexway-support.com/cpaasnow/s/article/cpaas0074" target="_blank">封書イメージ、宛名印刷イメージはこちらでご確認ください</a><br> ※当日19時までにchannel statusがdispatchedに変更された配信IDを翌日に発送します。（日祝、長期休暇は発送不可）

ユーザー識別子<br> リクエスト時に指定可能な識別子です。<br> 印刷発送結果取得APIのレスポンス、Webhookでの印刷発送結果通知にて同じ値が返却されます。<br> 使用可能文字は半角英数字 、 -(半角ハイフン)、 _(半角アンダースコア)です。

請求明細分割コード<br> 請求明細を分割コード毎に作成します。<br> 使用可能文字は半角英数字 、 -(半角ハイフン)、 _(半角アンダースコア)です。
