定形ハガキ配信登録

定形ハガキでの配信を登録します。<br> 宛先情報とハガキサイズ（90mm × 138mm）のデザイン面PDF原稿を指定して発送します。<br> <a href="https://www.nexway-support.com/cpaasnow/s/article/cpaas0076" target="_blank">ハガキイメージ、宛名印刷イメージはこちらでご確認ください</a><br> ※月曜日と木曜日の18時半までに入稿受付が完了した配信IDを、それぞれ最短の火曜日または金曜日に発送します。<br> 　火曜日、金曜日が祝日や長期休暇の場合は、翌日以降最短の日付で発送します。

ユーザー識別子<br> リクエスト時に指定可能な識別子です。<br> 印刷発送結果取得APIのレスポンス、Webhookでの印刷発送結果通知にて同じ値が返却されます。<br> 使用可能文字は半角英数字 、 -(半角ハイフン)、 _(半角アンダースコア)です。

請求明細分割コード<br> 請求明細を分割コード毎に作成します。<br> 使用可能文字は半角英数字 、 -(半角ハイフン)、 _(半角アンダースコア)です。
