Thread updated
Fires when a thread's partner-visible metadata changes — for example its title, mode, module, activity time, expiry, termination, or custom metadata. updated_fields names which fields changed, so you can skip the changes you do not track. The payload carries names only: fetch current values via GET /v1/user/{userId}/threads/{threadId}.

Changes
Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
