Message created

Fires when a physician message or any AI-generated message is sent in a thread. The sender.role field indicates which: physician for messages sent by a human clinician, model for AI-generated messages (Counsel AI). Patient-sent and system messages do not fire this event.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
