List Voices

The voices POST /v1/audio/speech will accept as voice_id.

This endpoint exists because the API has always REQUIRED a voice id and never published the legal values, so the only voice anyone could reliably reach was the default (parity audit 2026-08-30).

Each row is the id, a display name, a preview clip, and neutral descriptors a picker can filter on. No supplier name and no model id: the same confidentiality rule GET /v1/models keeps.
