Retrieves a specific call record formatted for webhook delivery. Returns call data in a structure optimized for webhook integrations and real-time event notifications to external systems.

Date fields default to a JavaScript Date.toString() style string for backward compatibility. New integrations should pass date_format=iso8601 to receive ISO 8601 values instead.

Query parameters

idinteger required

Identification ID of the record to be returned. Required integer.

format'xml' | 'json'

Response serialization format. Accepts 'json' or 'xml'. Default is 'xml' for /call/webhook (all other endpoints use JSON by default).

date_format'iso8601'

Opt in to ISO 8601 date fields. Omit for the long-standing shape ('Wed Aug 19 2026 10:50:46 GMT+0000 (UTC)'), which remains the default so existing integrations are unaffected. Pass 'iso8601' to receive ISO 8601 instead, rendered per the underlying column: instants become UTC ('2026-08-19T10:50:46.000Z'), date-only fields become a calendar date ('2026-03-01'), and fields stored without a timezone become offset-less local time ('2026-08-19T10:50:46') rather than being labelled UTC they are not.
