Add tags to specific call

Assigns one or more tags to a specific call record for categorization and organization. Tags enable easier filtering and grouping of calls based on custom criteria.

call_idinteger required

Unique identifier for the call record. Integer. Use as the primary key when cross-referencing other endpoints (e.g., /call/transcription, /call/tag).
