Update a workspace

Updates an existing workspace. Only the provided fields are changed; omitted fields keep their current values. * * Timezone. timezone accepts any IANA identifier plus the legacy aliases the product accepts (US/Pacific, US/Eastern, America/Buenos_Aires, MST7MDT, …), stored in canonical form. An unrecognised identifier is rejected with 422 and the stored value is left untouched. * * Changing the timezone does NOT reschedule anything. A post's publish time is stored in UTC and the scheduler compares it against the current UTC time, so an already-scheduled post fires at exactly the same instant as before — only its rendered local time moves. A post scheduled for 15:00 Asia/Karachi (10:00 UTC) still publishes at 10:00 UTC after switching to America/New_York, but now shows as 06:00 in the calendar. * * Because of that, any update that actually changes the timezone returns an extra top-level timezone_change object stating the effect and counting the pending scheduled posts whose displayed time shifts. The object is absent when the timezone is unchanged or not supplied. To move posts to the same local time in the new timezone, reschedule them explicitly with PUT /api/v1/posts/{post_id}.
