Pause publishing for a workspace

Holds every pending post in the workspace and stops publishing, exactly as the Pause Posting action in the web app does. * * What is held: posts that are scheduled, posts in review whose slot is still in the future, and draft posts awaiting approval. Each keeps its original status in old_status and becomes a draft flagged on_hold. * * Side effect: active RSS and Evergreen automations in the workspace are also locked. Resuming does not unlock them — see the resume endpoint. * * Not held: posts already published, failed, or rejected, and posts whose review slot has passed. * * The pause is visible in the web app, the mobile apps and the Chrome extension immediately: it writes the same workspace.on_hold flag they all read. * * Calling this on an already-paused workspace is safe — it holds anything scheduled since the last pause and returns the current count.
