Bulk Sponsor Cards

One call for the bulk wall actions (approve/promo-approve/publish/ unpublish/unapprove) — replaces the N× per-sponsor PATCH loops.

Publishing (embedEnabled=true) only lands on card-approved rows; the rest come back in skipped. Pass informationStatus (e.g. 'cards_approved') alongside approve — the table flow bumps sponsor status on approve. Declared before PATCH /sponsors/{sponsor_id} so "bulk-card" isn't captured as a sponsor id.
