Bulk Speaker Cards

One call for the bulk wall actions (approve/promo-approve/publish/ unpublish/unapprove) — replaces the N× per-speaker PATCH loops.

Publishing (embedEnabled=true) only lands on card-approved rows; the rest come back in skipped (approve-before-publish, mirroring the attendee wall's rule). Declared before PATCH /speakers/{speaker_id} so "bulk-card" isn't captured as a speaker id.
