Mandate revocation succeeded

Triggered when a wallet revocation completes. The spending allowance has been removed on-chain, mandate.revokedAt is set, and mandate.status becomes revocation_succeeded. This is terminal: the allowance is gone and the mandate can no longer be authorized against. It applies regardless of whether the mandate was previously canceled (canceledAt remains set).
