Mandates
Mandate canceled
Triggered when the merchant cancels a mandate. The mandate's status becomes canceled and canceledAt is set. The on-chain spending allowance is unaffected; it is removed only when a wallet revocation sets mandate.revokedAt.

Changes
Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
