Buy 1 hour of Coil Live with a wallet instead of a subscription
Mints a time-boxed Coil Live session token in exchange for an x402 payment. The token goes wherever a subscription license goes — header X-License-Key — and unlocks every _live MCP tool plus get_engine_feed and get_live_rules, and the /api/live/ HTTP routes. The token is issued ONLY in the settled response; an unpaid call returns HTTP 402 with the terms. Sessions do not auto-renew. More than about 196 session-hours a month costs more than Coil Live ($49/mo) — subscribe if you run daily, buy a session for burst use.

x402 v2 payment: base64 of the signed payment payload. Send this OR X-PAYMENT (v1 name) — omit both to receive the 402 challenge.
x402 v1 payment header — the v1 dialect's name for PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Accepted for backwards compatibility with v1 clients.
MPP credential: Payment <base64 credential> answering the WWW-Authenticate: Payment challenge on the 402 (method usdc, intent charge).
Free-tier key (coilfree_/coilwallet_) — ~25 live calls/day on this endpoint instead of paying. Mint at POST /api/key or via SIWX at /api/auth/verify.
SIWX (CAIP-122) wallet sign-in: base64 {message, signature, chainId, type}. Serves the free tier keyed to the wallet — no payment, no key mint.
Response
A Coil Live session token, minted on settlement. Carries session_token, expires_at, duration_hours and the list of what it unlocks. Send the token as X-License-Key to open every _live MCP tool plus get_engine_feed and get_live_rules, and the /api/live/ HTTP routes, for 6 hours. Issued ONLY in the settled response — an unpaid call returns 402 with the terms and no token.
