Scored index row per book — S&P 500 (SPY), Nasdaq-100 (QQQ), macro and BTC/ETH crypto — 0-100 opportunity score, percentile, light and entry state per index, plus each book's regime verdict. The cheapest top-down read of the tape. Settlement receipt in the PAYMENT-RESPONSE header. Includes the same freshness object as every Coil endpoint.
