Update Hunch

Edit, graduate, confirm, or re-baseline a hunch.

Accepted fields (any combination):

• hypothesis — replace the statement (single editable statement by design)
• status — learned / unsupported graduate; active confirms a proposed hunch or re-tracks a graduated one
• rebaseline: true — snapshot the relationship as it stands now as the new reference point; the old baseline is kept in prior_baselines
