更新版本。Update release.

更新指定版本的基本信息。支持修改版本标题、描述、草稿状态、预发布状态及是否为最新版本等字段。支持部分更新，仅传入需要修改的字段即可。 Update basic information of the specified release. Supports modifying title, description, draft status, prerelease status, and latest release flag. Supports partial updates; only pass the fields that need to be changed. 访问令牌调用此接口需包含以下权限。Required permissions for access token. repo-release:rw

版本唯一标识符。Version unique identifier.
