删除版本。Delete release.

删除指定的版本发布记录。删除版本不会删除对应的 Git 标签，标签仍会保留在仓库中。如需同时删除标签，需单独调用删除标签接口。 Delete the specified release. Note: Deleting a release does not delete the corresponding Git tag; the tag will remain in the repository.
