RepoLabels

更新仓库标签。Update repository label.

更新指定名称的仓库标签信息，包括名称、颜色、描述等字段。支持部分更新，仅传入需要修改的字段即可。 Update label information of the specified name in the repository, including name, color, description, etc. Supports partial updates; only pass the fields that need to be changed. 访问令牌调用此接口需包含以下权限。Required permissions for access token. repo-notes:rw
