删除仓库标签。Delete repository label.

删除指定名称的仓库标签。如果该标签已被 Issue 或合并请求引用，删除后相关引用将自动移除。操作成功后返回 204 无内容响应。 Delete the repository label with the specified name. If the label is referenced by issues 访问令牌调用此接口需包含以下权限。Required permissions for access token. repo-notes:rw
