Ask for a change to a finished video in plain words

Uses an included change round, never credits. output_id selects one output. Optional voice replaces retained main scratch narration only, preserving script/edit with 'Change narrator to Brian. Keep the script and edit.' (selected name). Send other edits separately; unsupported/mixed narration changes return422.
