Reusable media
List account-owned reusable media. Its asset ids go in creation/edit asset_ids. A direct swap_picture uses an asset key already in the selected film from get_project_context, which is a different identifier. Cost: Free: no credits and no change round. Same as the MCP tool list_assets.
