GET /helpdesk/cases/{id}

Represents the information of the Helpdesk Case.

id -- unique id of the Helpdesk Case. product -- in case if a Helpdesk Case is created about an issue in the product, this section contains such product details. subject -- subject of the Helpdesk Case. description -- Description of the Helpdesk Case. priority -- Priority of the Helpdesk Case: 0 low, 1 medium, 2 high, 3 urgent. state -- current state of the Helpdesk Case. One of: pending, inquiring, resolved, closed. issuer -- partner details about who initiated the Helpdesk Case. receiver -- partner details about who is the target of the Helpdesk Case. events -- information about who and when changed the state of the Helpdesk Case. rating -- optional value to be used when closing the Helpdesk Case. Can be one of from 1 till 5. Being 1 very poor satisfaction and 5 very high satisfaction. feedback -- optional value to be used when closing the Helpdesk Case. Freeform comments about case lifecycle.
