Ranked, public-safe reputation leaderboard referenced by the roaming preflight doc, the agent card, and the MCP resource list. Agent identities are returned as truncated SHA-256 hashes (agentIdHashed) — raw wallet addresses never leave the control plane. Public; no auth.
