Qbo Status

Return QBO connection state for the current user (optionally in claim context).

When claim_id is provided, resolves the connector via ClaimDataSource.connected_by_id so the response reports the connecting user's display name (not the viewing user's). Without claim_id, reports the viewing user's own integration.
