Submit a pending commitment (legacy)

Frozen v1 contract. Requires a verified email and existing editable commitment awaiting its first amount. Fund name matching is case-sensitive. Revising or resubmitting an already populated commitment is rejected with COMMITMENT_NOT_PENDING. No v2 rate limiter. Required key scope: lp:write.

Verified invitation email, trimmed and lowercased. Unverified accounts are excluded from the frozen v1 API.

Exact, case-sensitive fund legal name within the key’s team. Duplicate names select an unspecified match.

amountnumber required

Positive subscription amount in the fund’s currency, in major units (not cents). The same minimum/maximum and editing rules as the investor portal apply.
