Trial teams: create the paid-plan checkout (hosted payment link)

Returns a hosted Revolut payment link. Send it to the person responsible: they open it and pay; an AI assistant must never enter payment details itself. Month 1 is paid at checkout, later months are invoiced. Activation is automatic after payment.
