Admin Run Digest Compute

Manually trigger the Market Digest compute phase (watchlist lane).

Same code path as python -m app.cron.digest_compute. Returns the run summary (profiles processed, candidates scored, rows queued for research) so the caller can smoke-test in dev/prod without waiting for the cron tick. Honors DIGEST_COMPUTE_TEST_PROFILE for a single-profile run.
