List calls in this workspace, newest first. Supports filtering by agent_id, status (queued/active/completed/failed/canceled) and direction (outbound/inbound). Use limit and offset for pagination. To retrieve full call details (transcript, recording), call GET /v1/calls/{id} for a specific call.
