Export the call as a vCon container

Export a completed call in the vCon standard format — a portable, self-contained record of the conversation holding the participants, the turn-by-turn dialog, the recording reference and the post-call analysis (summary, sentiment, custom extractions). Use it to hand conversation data to downstream systems without a proprietary shape. Opt-in per agent: enable enable_vcon_export on the agent first.
