The number this brand sends SMS from

An SMS carries no agent, so the number a reply comes to is the only thing that says which brand the person answered. A brand with its own number gets its replies routed to it; a brand on the shared number can only be attributed by the sender, which breaks the moment two of your brands text the same person.
