Retrieve a suggested address pin

Proxies Mapbox Search Box retrieve for a mapbox_id from POST /api/v1/addresses/suggest. Returns { address, lat, lng } and ends the Mapbox billing session for sessionToken; callers should rotate the token afterward. Anonymous callers are allowed. Developer API keys with site:read are accepted. Uses the PUBLIC_READ route bucket behind the PUBLIC_API middleware backstop.
