Create human assist session

Creates a human assist session via cloud zlink resource. Optional body: objective, page, grubgemy; os_type/os_arch for client platform (same as browser relay) to resolve ffmpeg_download_url / ffmpeg_version from published packages; gateway selects a configured zlink gateway item from /v2/human-assist/zlink-gateways.
