Days a client portal link stays valid after the last email that carried it. Every email for an intake carries the same link, so each send extends it. Default 30.

billing_grace_untilstring date-time nullable

Set while a renewal payment has failed (Stripe status past_due/unpaid). The account keeps full access until this date, after which Free-plan limits apply to new intakes. Null once the subscription is active or canceled again.

billing_grace_expiredboolean

True when billing_grace_until is set and already in the past.
