Custom domain status

State of both custom domains: the sending domain mail goes out from, and the portal domain clients open. Both are also re-checked automatically in the background — every 10 minutes for up to 7 days after being added — so status/checked_at can change without the customer calling either verify route. available_on_plan reports whether the plan allows them.
