Add an asset to a group from a public URL.

Asynchronous upstream: a returned id only means the upload was accepted. Poll GET /byteplus-assets/assets/{asset_id} until Status is Active before using it. The blocking wait_for_asset_active helper is deliberately not exposed — it sleeps up to 600s and TimeoutMiddleware aborts requests at 120s.
