Import Assets Csv

Bulk-create assets from a CSV: one row per asset.

Columns (header spelling is flexible): assetUrl, type, group, and an optional name. group takes a group name or id. type is Image, Video or Audio.

Returns a task_id. Creates are rate limited per minute upstream, so they are paced and a sizeable CSV outlives the request deadline. Poll GET /byteplus-assets/assets/import-csv/{task_id} for the per-row report.

The CSV itself is validated here, so a malformed file fails with 400 rather than on a task nobody is watching.
