List Threads

Get inbox threads with filtering and pagination. Returns most recent threads first.

NOTE: Default status filter is all_except_closed. Pass status=all to include closed threads. Thread ids are UUIDs.

Query parameters

statusstring

Filter by status (open, pending, closed, all, all_except_closed, snoozed, spam). Default: all_except_closed.

Example:open
searchstring

Search by sender name, email, or content.

chatbotstring

Filter by chatbot UUID.

taginteger

Filter by tag ID (owner-scoped; cross-owner ids return empty). Combines with status/chatbot/channel/etc. via AND.

Results per page (max 100, default 50).
