Honeypot Stream

SSE stream of real-time honeypot-at-birth / proven-rug and rug-watch downgrade alerts, distinguished by each event's type field.

Requires auth (X-API-Key or Bearer); the middleware returns 401 for unauthenticated callers before this handler runs. A reconnecting client resumes with no missed events via the standard Last-Event-ID header (or an explicit ?since=<cursor>). Returns a text/event-stream of data: <json> frames plus periodic heartbeats.
