Honeypot Deployers

Deployer-level rollup of the Honeypot Radar — clusters honeypot_checks by deployer so the at-birth feed becomes intelligence: which WALLETS are behind the flagged tokens.

Requires auth (same gate as the SSE feed — not in PUBLIC_PREFIXES). Returns the top deployers by malicious-token count, each with a per-band breakdown, proven-rug count, first/last-seen, and up to 5 sample tokens.
