Feed Swaps Recent

Recent on-chain DEX swaps (per-tx, not aggregated).

Reads the last N rows from swap_routes for the chain above min_usd, newest first. Bounded to the last hour so the query can never table-scan the full multi-million-row history. Cached in Redis for 30s — every visitor hits the same cache slot so a busy landing page is one DB query per 30s, not one per poll.
