Feed Recent

Get recent blocks with pre-joined narrative events and whale counts.

Returns blocks ordered by block_number DESC, each annotated with any event-level RAG chunks and whale transaction counts. Supports optional since/until ISO 8601 time-window filtering and cursor keyset pagination; response includes next_cursor and has_more for the next page.
