Put Graph Session

Upsert one subject's canvas. This is the canvas's ~800ms-debounced ambient autosave — like the legacy graph_session-only PATCH it logs NO case event (an ambient save is not an analyst choice; the log must not flood). Over-cap payloads REJECT with the size — nothing is cut silently.
