Capture To Case

R3a — the generic "freeze into case": the caller names a TOOL and its knobs; the SERVER re-executes it (executor dispatch or the app's own MCP tool registry) and freezes the server's envelope. Caller result bytes are never accepted — the two-lane law is structural. The captured event is the analyst-act record (the run-event catalog stays closed); every captured kind automatically gains rerun→diff, the human renderer, and document-block use.
