Get the latest daily report

The most recent daily report, published once a day at 07:00 Asia/Shanghai. A client that only wants the daily digest should wake up shortly after 07:00 rather than poll around the clock. Agent or tool runtimes that cache a stable URL beyond HTTP cache headers should first request /api/v1/dailies?limit=1 and then fetch /api/v1/dailies/{returned-date}; never guess a date.
