A single past daily report by Asia/Shanghai calendar date (YYYY-MM-DD). Each date identifies a fixed edition, but corrections and withdrawn citations can change its public content. Respect Cache-Control and revalidate with If-None-Match before reusing an expired copy; do not cache a report indefinitely.
