Both accounts must be yours. Because sub-accounts are isolated margin pools, this is how collateral reaches the account you mean to trade on — a balance sitting on the main account does not back a position opened on a sub-account.

Signature of THIS request — lower-case hex of HMAC-SHA256 over publicKey + fullUrl + body, keyed with your private key. It changes with every request, so it cannot be set once and reused. Full algorithm and code samples are at the top of this page.

Display label, editable by the owner. Defaults are Main for the main account and Sub1, Sub2, … for sub-accounts — but treat it as free text: it identifies nothing. Use PublicApi.Models.Futures.FuturesAccountDto.AccountType to tell the main account from a sub-account.

What a Unified Trading Account IS. Serialized by NAME, so an integrator never has to keep a table of magic numbers — and the numeric values still match the platform's own, so an unmapped future value degrades to the number instead of being lost.
