Which account to read. Required — unlike the orders and positions queries, this one does not span every account of the caller.

1-based page number; values below 1 fall back to 1.

Entries per page; values below 1 fall back to 100; capped at 1000.

Include only movements at or after this moment (UTC).

The sign lives in the amount, not here: a fee is a PublicApi.Models.Futures.FuturesTransactionHistoryType.TradingFee row with a negative amount, and PublicApi.Models.Futures.FuturesTransactionHistoryType.PNL and PublicApi.Models.Futures.FuturesTransactionHistoryType.Funding go either way.
